Services
The long-term success of a project combines the integration of constraints, design, production and services.
Studies & Engineering
To provide context, BLUWTEC performs:
Analysis of raw water quality and seasonal variations
Study of flow rate, quality, and service continuity requirements
Sizing of the treatment chain and equipment
Definition of the site layout and interfaces (electricity, civil engineering, networks, renewable energy)
This includes consumption and associated operating costs.
Manufacturing, Testing & Commissioning
The stations are manufactured and assembled in our workshops in Tunisia, using a process refined through 25 years of industrial experience. Each unit is tested before release: equipment, automation, and safety functions are checked.
If needed, our teams can handle on-site installation, connections, performance testing, and commissioning. BLUWTEC ensures the installation operates according to specifications before handing it over to the local operations teams.
Training
The performance of a reverse osmosis plant also depends on the quality of its operation. We offer training tailored to the technical teams responsible for its operation:
Understanding the process and key parameters,
Best operating and safety practices,
Performing routine maintenance,
Managing alarms and special situations.
At the end of the training, operators will have a solid foundation to operate the installation with complete confidence.
Maintenance and performance optimization
From parameter specification and manufacturing processes to material selection and technology implementation, we have developed efficient and cost-effective desalination solutions.
BLUWTEC offers several levels of service to support its customers over the long term:
Supply of spare parts and consumables (membranes, cartridges, chemicals),
Preventive maintenance contracts, including regular visits, inspections, chemical cleaning of membranes, and adjustments,
Remote assistance and fault diagnosis when remote monitoring is enabled,
Performance audits to optimize energy consumption, recovery rates, and component lifespan.
"Water will cost more than energy in 10 years."
The goal is to maintain the installation at its optimal performance level throughout its lifetime.
